СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ МЕТОДОВ ВЫДЕЛЕНИЯ ГЕМОПОЭТИЧЕСКИХ СТВОЛОВЫХ КЛЕТОК (CD34+)

В кратком обзоре рассмотрены особенности различных методов выделения и культивирования гемопоэтических стволовых клеток (CD34+), проведен их сравнительный анализ. Выделены основные направления развития клеточной терапии. Описаны преимущества метода иммуномагнитной сепарации перед другими методами. Представлены данные проведенных пилотныx опытов по выделению стволовых клеток на базе ЦНИЛ Гомельского государственного медицинского университета.
