Выделены основные направления развития клеточной терапии. Описаны преимущества метода иммуномагнитной сепарации перед другими методами. Представлены данные проведенных пилотныx опытов по выделению стволовых клеток на базе ЦНИЛ Гомельского государственного медицинского университета.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the short review article considered peculiarity of the various extraction and culture methods of the hematopoietic stem cells CD34+, carried out their comparative analysis. The main directions of the cellular therapy development detailed. An advantages of immunomagnetic separations method as compared with other methods described.
