ПОРТАЛЬНАЯ ГИПЕРТЕНЗИОННАЯ ГАСТРОПАТИЯ (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор современной литературы в области изучения клинических и экспериментальных данных портальной гипертензионной гастропатии. В последние два десятилетия портальная гипертензионная гастропатия (ПГГ) описана как новая нозоологическая единица, которая относится к числу осложнений, возникающих у больных циррозами печени. Патогенез ПГГ полностью не изучен, но выявлена прямая зависимость между развитием портальной гипертензии и ПГГ. ПГГ является потенциальным источником кровотечений у больных циррозами печени. В связи с этим ПГГ привлекает внимание исследователей.
