СКРИНИНГ КОЛОРЕКТАЛЬНОГО РАКА (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Колоректальный рак занимает второе место по смертности от злокачественных новообразований. Чаще всего он возникает из аденом толстой кишки, реже - у пациентов с генетически детерминированными синдромами полипоза или воспалительными заболеваниями кишки. В статье изложены современные подходы к скринингу - обследованию бессимптомных мужчин и женщин, у которых имеется высокая вероятность наличия аденоматозных полипов или колоректального рака.
