Чаще всего он возникает из аденом толстой кишки, реже - у пациентов с генетически детерминированными синдромами полипоза или воспалительными заболеваниями кишки. В статье изложены современные подходы к скринингу - обследованию бессимптомных мужчин и женщин, у которых имеется высокая вероятность наличия аденоматозных полипов или колоректального рака.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Colorectal cancer is the second most common cause of death from malignant neoplasm. Most cases of colorectal cancer are caused by sporadic adenoma, and few cases develop in patients with genetically determined polyposis syndromes or inflammatory bowel disease.
