АУТОЛОГИЧНАЯ ВЕНА КАК ПРОТЕЗ СОСУДА

Аннотация

Статья посвящена обзору литературы по применению аутовены в качестве протеза сосуда. На различных морфологических уровнях отражены изменения в аутовенах. Детально описаны острые биологические реакции вен при их выделении и подготовке для последующей имплантации. Охарактеризованы хронические изменения в аутологичных венах на различных сроках после имплантации. Подробно говорится об осложнениях, возникающих при применении аутовен в качестве протезов сосудов в ранние и отдаленные сроки. Проанализированы причины несостоятельности аутогенных кондуитов. Определены критерии выбора и подготовки аутологичной вены к имплантации, указаны возможные проблемы, возникающие при этом.
