ТЕРАПЕВТИЧЕСКИЕ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ НАЗАЛЬНОЙ ИРРИГАЦИИ

Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются широко применяемые в клинической практике методы назальной ирригации, приведено описание наиболее распространенных технических устройств для ее выполнения. Представлены современные данные о механизмах терапевтического действия процедуры. Приведены результаты рандомизированных контролируемых исследований, посвященных оценке клинической эффективности назальной ирригации при остром и хроническом риносинуите, атрофическом рините, аллергической риносинусопатии в сочетании с бронхиальной астмой.
