АСМ ЭЛАСТОГРАФИЯ - НОВЫЙ МЕТОД БИОМЕДИЦИНСКИХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ

Аннотация

В статье представлен обзор современных исследований в области изучения наномеханических свойств клеток методами атомно-силовой микроскопии. Определены перспективы развития клеточной эластографии и круг медико-биологических проблем, решаемых с ее использованием.
