Аннотация
Болезни коронарных артерий остаются одной из ведущих причин заболеваемости и смертности в развитых странах. Вариантная стенокардия представляет собой форму ИБС, связанную с коронарным спазмом. Ранняя диагностика вазоспастической стенокардии - ключевой момент в профилактике ее тяжелых осложнений (внезапная смерть, инфаркт миокарда). При недостаточной эффективности нитратов, кальциевых антагонистов рассматриваются возможности новых препаратов и интервенционных методов лечения.
