THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELLS (CD34 +) EXTRACTION METHODS

Abstract

In the short review article considered peculiarity of the various extraction and culture methods of the hematopoietic stem cells CD34+, carried out their comparative analysis. The main directions of the cellular therapy development detailed. An advantages of immunomagnetic separations method as compared with other methods described. The results of pilot experiences of stem cells extraction in Central Research Laboratory of Gomel’s state medical university represented.
