Аннотация

Лекция содержит исторические сведения о развитии проблемы спонтанного бактериального перитонита у пациентов с циррозом печени с асцитом. Представлены механизмы, варианты инфицирования и изменений лабораторных показателей асцитической жидкости. Приводятся диагностические критерии видов спонтанного бактериального перитонита, рекомендации по исследованию асцитической жидкости, основанные на результатах обзора и анализа недавно изданной мировой литературы.
