ПЕРВИЧНЫЙ ГИПЕРПАРАТИРЕОЗ (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Первичный гиперпаратиреоз является распространенным эндокринологическим заболеванием у взрослых, типичным проявлением которого является бессимптомная гиперкальциемия. Первичный гиперпаратиреоз проявляется клинически у более молодых пациентов, у которых можно обнаружить признаки гиперкальциемии, осложнения со стороны опорно-двигательного аппарата и (или) нефролитиаз. В большинстве случаев первичный гиперпаратиреоз возникает вследствие солитарной доброкачественной аденомы паращитовидных желез, редко - множественных аденом. Вовлечение всех четырех паращитовидных желез, так называемая паратиреоидная гиперплазия, встречается у 10 % пациентов. Карцинома паращитовидных желез является редким заболеванием (распространенность менее 1 %). Основным методом лечения взрослых пациентов с первичным гиперпаратиреозом является хирургический, за исключением случаев, ассоциированных с наследственной гипокальциурической гиперкальциемией.
