СИНДРОМ СИСТЕМНОГО ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНОГО ОТВЕТА И СЕПСИС У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЦИРРОЗОМ ПЕЧЕНИ

Аннотация
Бактериальные инфекции являются частым осложнением цирроза печени, особенно у госпитализированных пациентов. Установлено, что спонтанный бактериальный перитонит и другие бактериальные инфекции у больных циррозом печени приводят к развитию синдрома системного воспалительного ответа, сепсиса и полиорганной недостаточности. В статье рассматриваются патогенез и лечение этих осложнений, роль надпочечниковой недостаточности и значение прогностических моделей интенсивной терапии.
