Технология «Синтетический пациент» и разработка веб-приложения Surgical-Case-Simulator

Аннотация

Цель исследования. Проанализировать современное состояние и перспективы применения в медицинском образовании технологии «Синтетический пациент», разработать веб-приложение Surgical-Case-Simulator.

Материалы и методы. Проведен систематический поиск научных публикаций в базах данных PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science за период 2010–2025 гг. по ключевым словам: «synthetic patients», «virtual patients», «medical education», «artificial intelligence», «communication skills training». Проанализированные 50 наиболее релевантных исследований явились основой для оригинальной разработки веб-приложения Surgical-Case-Simulator.

Результаты. Технология синтетических пациентов эволюционировала от простых игровых симуляций до сложных систем на основе генеративного искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Современные платформы, использующие большие языковые модели, клонирование голоса и реалистичные аватары, позволяют создавать масштабируемые решения для учебного процесса. Исследования показывают, что применение виртуальных пациентов повышает уверенность обучающихся в дальнейшем общении с реальными пациентами и улучшает стандартизированную оценку коммуникативных навыков. Появление открытых разработок, таких как разработанный авторами Surgical-Case-Simulator, демонстрирует доступность и практическую реализуемость ИИ-симуляторов для широкого круга образовательных учреждений.

Заключение. Синтетические пациенты представляют перспективное направление в медицинском образовании. Оптимальным подходом является их интеграция в существующие программы в качестве дополнения к традиционным методам. Требуются дальнейшие исследования для оценки сравнительной эффективности и решения этических вопросов внедрения ИИ-технологий.
