Клинико-описательный феномен телесного дисморфического расстройства

Аннотация
В данной статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященной нарушению восприятия собственного тела. Рассматриваются современные взгляды на особенности нарушения восприятия собственного тела. Описываются этапы развития диагностики дисморфического расстройства, изменения научных взглядов на нозологическую принадлежность. Описывая клинический случай пациента с дисморфическими симптомами в структуре расстройства личности, мы подчеркиваем клинико-социальную значимость проблемы и трудности в дифференциальной диагностике и верификации диагноза.
