https://doi.org/10.51523/2708-6011.2017-14-1-16

Abstract

The article describes the results of our development of a model of acute vascular spiral organ damage by the carotid artery ligation in mice, and using perfusion fixation as an optimal method for saving of the morphological structure of the spiral body tissue.
