МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ ОСТРОГО ПОРАЖЕНИЯ СПИРАЛЬНОГО ОРГАНА СОСУДИСТОГО ГЕНЕЗА

Аннотация

В статье описаны результаты нашей разработки модели поражения спирального органа сосудистого генеза путем лигирования сонной артерии у мышей, а также использования перфузионной фиксации как оптимального способа сохранения морфологической структуры ткани при выделении спирального органа.
