ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ ЗАПОР (Сообщение 1: эпидемиология и диагностика) (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Запор является широко распространенным заболеванием. Как функциональный запор, так и синдром раздраженного кишечника с запором, определение которых основано исключительно на интерпретации симптомов, склонны охватывать гетерогенную популяцию пациентов порой с различной этиологией данных симптомов. Дифференциальная диагностика этих двух заболеваний на практике бывает невозможна. Специфичность инструментальных методов диагностики, доступных специализированным центрам и лабораториям, остается неясной. Перспективным может стать изучение нарушений оси «головной мозг - кишечник» в патогенезе функционального запора и синдрома раздраженного кишечника с запором.
