ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИЯ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ: ЭТАПЫ ЛЕЧЕБНО-ДИАГНОСТИЧЕСКИХ МЕРОПРИЯТИЙ (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Поэтапное ведение пациента с фибрилляцией предсердий позволяет адекватно оценить тяжесть состояния больного, оценить вероятный риск развития кардиоэмболического инсульта, восстановить синусовый ритм либо добиться контроля частоты желудочковых сокращений при сохраняющейся постоянной форме ФП. Препаратом выбора при терапии ФП для предупреждения кардиоваскулярного инсульта по шкалам CHADS2 и CHA2DS2-VASc является варфарином под контролем МНО (2,0-3,0).
