Аннотация
В статье приведена классификация наследственных гемолитических анемий (НГА), рассмотрены современные взгляды на их диагностику и лечение. Особое внимание уделено мембранопатиям (наследственный сфероцитоз и овалоцитоз), как наиболее часто встречающимся НГА детского возраста в Европейском регионе.
