ГЕПАТОЦИТАРНАЯ ДИФФЕРЕНЦИРОВКА МЕЗЕНХИМАЛЬНЫХ СТВОЛОВЫХ КЛЕТОК (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

По данным ВОЗ, заболевания печени различной этиологии являются одной из 10 основных причин смертности в мире. Трансплантация печени и использование ее биоинженерных аналогов лимитировано высокими затратами и побочными эффектами лечения, а также объективной ограниченностью источников донорских органов и функциональных клеточных элементов. Применение инновационных подходов направленной дифференцировки мезенхимальных стволовых клеток может помочь преодолеть многие недостатки существующих методов лечения. В представленной обзорной статье рассматриваются основные источники, особенности дифференцировки и аспекты безопасности использования мезенхимальных стволовых клеток в лечении печеночной недостаточности.
