Аннотация
В статье рассматривается адекватная антитромботическая терапия при острых коронарных синдромах, позволяющая на основании доказательной медицины значительно снизить смертность пациентов. На современном этапе использование клопидогрела требует наиболее раннего его применения - при первом контакте врача с пациентом с учетом предстоящего чрескожного коронарного вмешательства.
