ПАТОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ИЗВИТОСТЬ СОННЫХ АРТЕРИЙ: ИСТОРИЯ ВОПРОСА, ЭТИОЛОГИЯ, РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТЬ, КЛАССИФИКАЦИЯ (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Патология экстракраниальных сосудов занимает значимое место в структуре заболеваний, вызывающих недостаточность мозгового кровообращения. В статье освещен исторический аспект изучения и лечения патологической извитости сонных артерий, рассматриваются вопросы этиологии, оценивается роль различных факторов в генезе извитости сонных артерий, освещены проблемы изучения распространенности среди населения и пациентов с неврологическими проявлениями, а также проблемы терминологии и классификации данной патологии.
