ОЦЕНКА ГЛИКЕМИЧЕСКОГО КОНТРОЛЯ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С САХАРНЫМ ДИАБЕТОМ 1 ТИПА И ДЕПРЕССИЕЙ

Аннотация
В данной статье проведена оценка частоты гипогликемических состояний у пациентов с депрессией. Выявлено, что у пациентов с депрессивными состояниями отмечался достоверно более высокий уровень тревоги по шкале HADS, более высокий уровень HbA1C, более низкий уровень минимальной гликемии и большая продолжительность периода гипогликемии. Кроме этого, у пациентов с депрессией достоверно чаще регистрировались гипогликемические состояния, причем скрытых гипогликемий было также достоверно больше среди пациентов с депрессией.
