Аннотация
Цель исследования: оценка возможностей сонографии при патологии паращитовидных желез у пациентов с гиперпаратиреозом. Материал исследования: публикации, содержащие информацию об анатомо-топографических и сонографических особенностях паращитовидных желез. Результаты. Определены возможности использования сонографии у пациентов с гиперпаратиреозом при типичном и атипичном расположении паращитовидных желез. Заключение. Необходимо уточнение диагностической ценности сонографических критериев, используемых для диагностики изменений паращитовидных желез, в том числе и тех, которые используются для косвенной оценки тяжести гиперпаратиреоза.
