ТАКТИКА ВЕДЕНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С КОЛОРЕКТАЛЬНЫМИ ПОЛИПАМИ

Аннотация
Анализ публикаций последних лет свидетельствует о тенденции к неуклонному росту заболеваемости колоректальным раком во всем мире. По данным ВОЗ, в мире ежегодно регистрируется более 500 тыс. случаев этой болезни. В структуре онкологической заболеваемости колоректальный рак прочно занимает второе-третье место как у мужчин, так и у женщин и второе место среди причин смерти от онкопатологии в большинстве экономически развитых стран. Известно, что большинство колоректальных опухолей развивается из аденоматозных полипов. Последовательность «аденома - рак» подтверждена многочисленными исследованиями, и хотя не каждая аденома трансформируется в рак, такая вероятность существует у значительного числа данных новообразований. В связи с этим своевременная эндоскопическая диагностика и удаление аденоматозных полипов прямой и толстой кишки являются эффективным методом профилактики колоректального рака.
