Аннотация
Рассмотрены особенности клинических проявлений первичных иммунодефицитов у взрослых и современные подходы к их выявлению и идентификации. Описаны скрининговые тесты и тесты для углубленного обследования в зависимости от предполагаемого дефекта в иммунной системе.
