Показано, что контроль эффективности проводимой терапии Нelicobacter pylori следует проводить, используя метод полимеразной цепной реакции, обладающий высокими аналитическими характеристиками (чувствительность - 84 % и специфичность - 100 %), относительной простотой исполнения и экономичностью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Helicobacter pylori detection after its eradication by polymerase chain reaction, immunohistochemical, morphological methods have been studied, the sensitivity and specificity of the methods have been determined.
