<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Androgen deficiency in the aging male has become a topic of increasing interest and debate throughout the world. The prevalence of androgen deficiency in the aging male population is difficult to estimate due to the heterogeneity of the studied populations, the differing methods of estimating testosterone levels (total, free estimates) and the lack of consistency of nominal values for defining biochemical hypoandrogenism. The problem of androgen deficiency in men with diabetes type 2 is very actually now. Investigation and treatment androgen deficiency allow not only prevent diabetes type 2, but also have a good control of diabetes. This condition of problem leads to organization of andrology services, including questions of early diagnostics of sexual dysfunction in men with androgen deficiency.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>возрастной андрогенный дефицит</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет 2 типа</kwd><kwd>организация помощи</kwd><kwd>androgen deficiency</kwd><kwd>diabetes type 2</kwd><kwd>organization of help</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Возрастной андрогенный дефицит у мужчин: вопросы терминологии и современные подходы к выбору метода заместительной гормональной терапии / С.
