В обзоре литературы освещаются современные представления о нарушениях функционального состояния спортсменов, ассоциированных с неадекватным энергетическим обеспечением при интенсивных физических нагрузках.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Nowadays a lot of attention is drawn to the study of clinical and practical aspects of the effect of energy deficiency on the organism during physical exercise, especially because of the negative consequences of energy balance disorders on sportsmen`s health.
