Одним из актуальных вопросов на сегодняшний день является вопрос о сопряженности стоматологических заболеваний с патологией сердечно-сосудистой системы. Целью исследования было оценить стоматологический статус пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) и определить его взаимосвязь с лабораторными показателями. Стоматологический статус пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца по ряду показателей статистически достоверно отличается от статуса пациентов без данной патологии. Кроме этого у пациентов с ИБС, имеющих неудовлетворительный уровень гигиены и выраженные проявления болезней периодонта, зарегистрировано повышение биомаркеров воспаления и дислипидемий в сыворотке крови. Установленная взаимосвязь лабораторных показателей (фибриногена, холестерина и глюкозы в сыворотке крови) с тяжестью болезней периодонта (количество секстантов с периодонтальными карманами) обуславливает необходимость внедрения эффективных программ профилактики и лечения стоматологических болезней для пациентов с ИБС.

There is growing evidence of relationship between dental diseases and cardiovascular diseases. The aim of this study was to assess the dental status of patients with ischemic heart diseases (IHD) and its relationship with laboratory dates. The patients with IHD had statistically insignificant poorer level of oral health. In patients group with periodontal diseases increased level of laboratory dates such us fibrinogen, cholesterol and glucose. This work has demonstrated a relationship between dental diseases and IHD and needed in preventive program for patients with IHD.
