<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Consideration of questions related to the hygienic regulation of accidentally dangerous substances is very important not only from the point of view of the real possibility of development of technogenic catastrophes at the chemical industries enterprises with potential possibility to contaminate the sources of logistic and drinking water supply or drinking water storage, but from the scientific point of view also due to uncertainty of methodology problem of study toxic influence of such substances on human body.
