Материал и метод: методом ИФА исследованы концентрации лактоферрина, интерферона-ά, интерферона-γ, интерлейкина-1β, рецепторного антагониста интерлейкина-1β в периферической крови, пуповинной крови и околоплодных водах при срочных родах. Статистическая обработка: Т- и U-критерий Манна-Уитни с поправкой Йейтса, ранговая корреляция Спирмена, вычисление медианы, отношения шансов и доверительного интервала. Результаты: при преждевременном разрыве плодных оболочек концентрация лактоферрина в периферической крови ниже (р&lt;0,005), а IL-1β - выше (р&lt;0,02), чем при своевременном. При своевременном вскрытии амниотических мембран повышена концентрация RA-IL-1β в околоплодных водах по сравнению с пуповинной (р&lt;0,001) и материнской кровью (р&lt;0,001). Увеличение продолжительности безводного интервала повышает уровень ά-IF (р=0,05) и снижает уровень лактоферрина (р=0,02) в пуповинной крови.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: reveale role: lactoferrin, interferon-ά, interferon-γ, interleukin-1β, receptor antagonist interleukin-1β at premature rupture amniotic membranes. Material and method: ELISA detected concentration of lactoferrin, interferon-ά, interferon-γ, interleukin-1β, receptor antagonist interleukin-1β in peripheral blood, umbilical blood, amniotic fluid. Statistica: Mann-Whitney Т &amp; U-test, Spearman rank, calculation median, odds ratio and confidence interval. Results: аt premature rupture amniotic membranes lactoferrin in peripheral blood is lower (р &lt; 0,005), and IL-1β - is higher (р &lt; 0,02), than at duly. At duly rupture RA-IL-1β concentration in amniotic fluid is increased in comparison with umbilical (р &lt; 0,001) and mather’s blood (р &lt; 0,001).
