На базе ГУ «Республиканский научно-практический центр радиационной медицины и экологии человека» (РНПЦ РМ и ЭЧ) обследовано 78 пациентов мужского пола с сахарным диабетом 2 типа в возрасте от 45 до 60 лет (средний возраст - 53,69 ± 4,88). Стаж диабета составил 8,34 ± 6,26 лет (от 1 мес до 20 лет). В качестве контроля обследовано 25 здоровых мужчин такого же возраста. Полученные нами данные подтверждают существенную взаимосвязь между андрогенным дефицитом и инсулинорезистентностью и указывают на значимость сочетанных нарушений, наблюдаемых у больных с абдоминальным ожирением в рамках синдрома инсулинорезистентности, а именно: инсулинорезистентности, гиперинсулинемии, нарушений обмена глюкозы и липидов в развитии артериальной гипертонии, СД 2 и атеросклероза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The metabolic syndrome last years draws steadfast attention endocrinologists, cardiologists, general practicioners. 78 patients of a male with a diabetes 2 types in the age of 45-60 years (mean age 53,69 ± 4,88) are surveyed. The mean duration of diabetes was 8,34 ± 6,26 years (1 month - 20 years). The control group consisted of 25 men without the specified diseases and were of similar age group. Data obtained by us confirm essential interrelation between androgen deficiency and insulin resistance, that low testosterone levels are an independent risk factor for the subsequent development of metabolic syndrome and diabetes type 2, independent of obesity.
