Одним из таких направлений является система длительного мониторинга уровня глюкозы (CGMS). Целью настоящей работы является определение с помощью CGMS колебаний гликемии в течение суток, выявление частоты и продолжительности гипогликемических реакций, регистрация постгипогликемических гипергликемий. Проведенный анализ данных показал, что основной период времени наблюдения в течение суток составил период гипергликемии независимо от возраста пациентов. Данный факт обусловлен хронической передозировкой инсулина вследствие скрытых гипогликемий и синдрома нарушенной контррегуляции гликемии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Recently in diabetology there were started actively implementing new modern technologies. One of such directions in continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS). The purpose of the present work is revealing of hypoglycemia fluctuations during the day by CGMS, detection of frequency and duration of hypoglycemic reactions and registration of post hypoglycemic hyperglycemias. The provided data analysis has shown that the period of hyperglycemia made up the basic period of time not depending on patients age.
