Представлен клинический случай редко встречающейся (в литературе нам удалось обнаружить данные лишь о 51 случае) лейомиосаркомы большого сальника, осложненной внутрибрюшным кровотечением. Опухоль около 13 см в диаметре удалена при срочной операции, при сроке наблюдения более 2 лет больной здоров, без признаков рецидива заболевания.

The clinical case of rarely meeting (in literature we succeeded find out information only about a 51 case) leiomyosarcom of omentum, complicated the interapeitonial bleeding is presented. Tumour about 13cm in a diameter remote during an urgent operation, at the term of supervision more than 2 years , patient is healthy, without the signs of reccurence disease.
