Обзор литературы посвящен актуальной теме экстренной хирургии - диагностике инфицированного панкреонекроза. Инфекционные осложнения острого панкреатита являются основной причиной летальности. Ранняя диагностика инфицированного панкреонекроза позволяет своевременно изменить лечебную тактику. Авторы провели анализ современных методов диагностики панкреатической инфекции. В настоящее время наиболее информативными методами являются клинико-лабораторный мониторинг, прокальцитониновый тест, тонко-игольная аспирационная биопсия, КТ и др.

The literature review is devoted a vital topic of emergency surgery. It is diagnostics of infected pancreatic necrosis. Infectious complications of an acute pancreatitis are a principal cause of lethal outcomes. Timely diagnostics of the infected pancreatic necrosis allows changing medical tactics. Authors have carried out the analysis of modern methods of diagnostics of a pancreatic infection. Now the most informative methods are laboratory monitoring, procalcitonin test, fine-needle aspiration biopsy, CT-scan, etc.
