Нарушения ритма - частое осложнение у больных при тяжелой хирургической патологии, ассоциирующееся с высоким уровнем смертности, увеличением сроков госпитализации и повышением стоимости лечения. Причины и механизмы развития аритмий на фоне хирургической патологии не достаточно изучены и порой противоречивы. Знание этиологии и патогенеза развития аритмий у данной категории больных позволит уменьшить риск развития аритмий, а также повысить эффективность проводимого лечения.

The rhythm disturbances is the most frequently complication after general surgery and is associated with significant morbidity, longer hospital stay, and higher costs. The studies about reason and mechanism of the development arrhythmias on background of surgical pathology is not enough, and, sometimes, inconsistent. The knowledge of arrhythmogenesis beside given categories patient will reduce risk of the development arrhythmias, and raise efficiency of the treatment.
