В последние годы проблема портальной гипертензионной гастропатии у больных циррозами печени привлекает пристальное внимание врачей и исследователей самых различных специальностей. Диагностические маркеры данной гастропатии недостаточно изучены. Было обследовано 115 больных циррозами печени различной этиологии и 30 больных хронической гастральной язвой (группа сравнения). Портальная гипертензионная гастропатия была обнаружена у 52,75% больных циррозами печени. Были выявлены взаимосвязи между портальной гипертензионной гастропатией и клиническими, лабораторными, инструментальными, морфологическими и морфометрическими данными.

Over the last recent years portal hypertensive gastropathy among the patients with liver cirrhosis has been a subject to scrutinize by doctors and investigators of many fields. The diagnostic markers of portal hypertensive gastropathy are poorly defined. In total 115 patients with liver cirrhosis of different aethiology and 30 patients with a chronic gastral ulcer were examined. Portal hypertensive gastropathy was observed in 52,75% cases. The relationships between portal hypertensive gastropathy and clinical, laboratoral, instrumental, morphological, morphometrical findings were founded.
