Методика определения операционного риска EuroSCORE, созданная в Европе, широко и успешно применяется в различных кардиохирургических центрах. Однако никакая система не будет достаточно объективной, если она апробирована на локальной популяции больных. Цель данного исследования - применение системы EuroSCORE в клинике сердечной хирургии Вильнюсского Университета, оценка ее эффективности. Изучаемый контингент составили больные, которым в 2000-2002 годах в клинике Сердечной хирургии Вильнюсского Университета были выполнены операции по реваскуляризации миокарда. Стандартная модель EuroSCORE применялась для определения смертности, осложнений и времени пребывания в отделении интенсивной терапии. Эффективность метода определялась площадью, ограниченной кривыми оперативных характеристик.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The growing interest of risk adjusted analysis of outcome in cardiac surgery has led to the development of variety of risk prediction models. EuroSCORE, a risk scoring system developed in 9 countries in Europe, has gained popularity during recent years. However, any scoring system can’t be used reliably when its validity has been tested in the local patient population. The aim of this study was to assess the performance of EuroSCORE model on the patients operated in our institution. All consecutive coronary artery bypass grafting patients operated on between 2000 and 2002 in Vilnius university hospital Santariškių Clinics were subjected to the investigation. The standard EuroSCORE model was used to predict in-hospital mortality, morbidity and prolonged intensive care unit length of stay.
