Рассматриваются перспективы создания принципиально новых пробиотических препаратов на основе известных промышленных штаммов и возможности расширения сферы их применения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review is devoted to the problems of identification and classification of probiotic strains of bifidobacteria that are widely used in manufacturing of medications and functional food products.
