Установлено, что первичными механизмами изменения формы эритроцита (акантоцитоз и сфероцитоз) при действии активных форм азота являются фазовое разделение липидов, связанное с перекисным окислением липидов, и агрегация спектрина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The changes in a shape, a structure and mechanical properties of erythrocyte membrane after the treatment of whole human blood with peroxynitrite were studied by the methods of light, electron scanning and atomic force microscopy.
