Методом атомно-силовой микроскопии установлены размеры и трехмерная организация нативных минеральных структур. АСМ-изображения показали 2 морфологических типа: пластинчатые минералы и веретеновидные кристаллы, ассоциированные с коллагеновыми фибриллами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The inorganic phase of trabecular surface of human vertebra was investigated. The size and three-dimensional shape of native protein-free mineralites were observed with atomic force microscopy.
