В статье подробно сообщается механогенез, морфогенез повреждений всех магистральных нервов таза и их крупных ветвей, травма которых часто приводит к необъяснимым или малопонятным нарушениям двигательной и чувствительной функции конечностей, а также к дисфункции половых и внутренних органов в области таза. Показаны ятрогенные повреждения нервов при операциях, даны советы, как их избежать. Даны конкретные рекомендации по диагностике и лечебным пособиям при травмах нервов таза.
