В настоящее время имеется устойчивая тенденция к увеличению числа пациентов с первично-множественными злокачественными опухолями. Это в полной мере относится и к опухолям желудочно-кишечного тракта и желудка, в частности. В данной статье мы постарались выяснить на большом клиническом материале особенности сочетанного поражения желудка с другими органами и выявить преимущественное поражение отдельных органов, что позволит диагностировать вторые опухоли в более ранней стадии злокачественного процесса.
In the present time the stable tendency to the increasing number of patients with primary multiple malignant has been noted. Based on the investigations of the long-term results of surgical treatment of patients with gastric carcinoma the authors tried to detect the peculiarities of combined lesion of stomach with involved organs and to reveal the predominant tumor localization of some separate organs. This article lets physicians diagnose the secondary malignant tumors in the early stage of disease.
