Колоректальный рак (КРР) занимает в настоящее время в структуре онкологических заболеваний по частоте третье и по смертности второе место после рака легких. Пятилетняя выживаемость больных с КРР определяется стадией болезни на момент постановки диагноза. Массовое использование основных методов скрининга с последующим эндоскопическим или рентгенологическим обследованием пациентов группы повышенного риска является адекватными мерами для своевременной диагностики и лечения рака толстой кишки.
At present, in structure of oncological diseases colorectal cancer takes the third place in frequency and the second place in mortality after cancer of lungs. Five-year survival rate of patients with colorectal cancer is determined by the stage of disease at the moment of making the diagnosis. Mass usage of basic screening methods with further endoscopic or radiological investigation of the patients in a higher risk group is an adequate action for an in time diagnostics and treatment of colorectal cancer.
