Материалы и методы. Изучался функциональный статус нейтрофилов (поглотительная активность клеток, их способность к образованию активных форм кислорода и формированию внеклеточных сетей) у 58 пациентов (33 женщины, 25 мужчин) с подтвержденным диагнозом парциального дефицита IgA (38 человек) и общей вариабельной иммунной недостаточности (20 человек) со сниженным содержанием IgA и IgG. Результаты. У пациентов с дефицитом IgA, повышена кислород-зависимая способность нейтрофилов крови к формированию экстрацеллюлярных сетей. Максимальная степень увеличения показателей нетоза отмечается у пациентов с более низким значением IgA (менее 0,3 г/л). Заключение. У пациентов с дефектом продукции IgA имеются нарушения функциональных свойств нейтрофилов крови в виде активации их способности к образованию экстрацеллюлярных сетей. Данный факт может быть одной из предпосылок повышенной склонности пациентов к формированию аутоиммунной патологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to evaluate the functional properties of neutrophils in patients with IgA deficiency. Material and methods. We have studied the functional state of neutrophils (phagocytosis, ability to form active forms of oxygen and extracellular traps) in 58 patients (33 women, 25 men) with the confirmed diagnosis of partial IgA deficiency (38 patients) and general variable immune deficiency (20 patients) with a decreased content of IgA and IgG. Results. Patients with IgA deficiency reveal increased oxygen-dependent ability of blood neutrophils to form extracellular traps. The maximum degree of increase in the indices of netosis is found in patients with a lower IgA value (less than 0.3 g/l). Conclusion. Patients with a defect in the production of IgA observe disturbances of the functional properties of blood neutrophils by way of activation of their ability to form extracellular networks.
