Оценить эффективность внутрисуставного применения изделия медицинского назначения «Плазма, обогащенная растворимыми факторами тромбоцитов, аутологичная» (ИМН «ПОРФТ аутологичная», номер регистрации МН-7.1198917-2009) у пациентов с остеоартритом (ОА) коленного сустава.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Пациенты с ОА коленного сустава получали лечение трехкратным внутрисуставным введением ИМН «ПОРФТ аутологичная». Оценивали клиническое и функциональное состояние пациентов по визуально-аналоговой шкале (ВАШ), шкалам WOMAC, Ликерт, Лекен. Были определены уровни про(IL-1, IL-6) и противовоспалительных (IL-4, IL-10) интерлейкинов через 2 недели, 4 недели и 6 месяцев после начала лечения. Ультразвуковое исследование (УЗИ) коленных суставов проводилось до начала лечения и через 6 месяцев после введения ИМН «ПОРФТ аутологичная».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлено статистически значимое снижение болевого синдрома (шкала ВАШ) между исходным уровнем до начала лечения и сроком через 4 недели и через 6 месяцев. Статистически значимое улучшение функционального состояния коленных суставов пациентов по шкале WOMAC отмечалось между исходным уровнем и 4 неделями, по шкале Лекен — снижение данного показателя между исходным уровнем и сроком 4 недели и между исходным уровнем и сроком 6 месяцев, по шкале Ликерт установлено снижение показателя между исходным уровнем и 4 неделями. Противовоспалительный эффект выражался в статистически значимом снижении уровней IL-6 и IL-10 через 6 месяцев после начала лечения и их уровнями на промежуточных этапах лечения в 2 недели и в 4 недели. Стабилизация толщины суставного хряща в различных отделах бедренных и большеберцовых костей через 6 месяцев установлена в интервале от 64,71 до 88,24 %.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Проведенное исследование показало, что внутрисуставное введение ИМН «ПОРФТ аутологичная» приводило к снижению болевого синдрома, улучшению функционального состояния коленного сустава, противовоспалительному эффекту и к стабилизации толщины суставного хряща. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о положительном эффекте лечения у пациентов с ОА коленных суставов с помощью ИМН «ПОРФТ аутологичная».</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To evaluate efficiency of intra-articular administration of the medical device “Plasma enriched with soluble platelet factors, autologous” (MD “PRP autologous”, registration number Mn-7.1198917-2009) in patients with knee osteoarthritis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Patients with knee osteoarthritis (KA) received treatment with three intra-articular injections of MD “PRP autologous”. Clinical and functional status of patients was assessed using the visual analogue scale (VAS), WOMAC, Likert, and Leken scales. The levels of pro-inflammatory (IL-1, IL-6) and anti-inflammatory (IL-4, IL-10) interleukins were determined in 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 months after the start of treatment. Ultrasound examination of the knee joints was performed before the start of treatment and 6 months after the administration of MD “PRP autologous”.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A statistically significant reduction in pain syndrome (WAS scale) was observed between the baseline level before treatment and 4-week and 6-month follow-up periods. A statistically significant improvement in the functional status of patients’ knee joints on the WOMAC scale was noted between baseline and 4 weeks, on the Leken scale, a decrease in this indicator between baseline and 4 weeks and between baseline and 6 months, and a decrease in the Likert scale between the baseline and 4 weeks was noted. The anti-inflammatory effect was expressed in a statistically significant decrease in IL-6 and IL-10 levels 6 months after the start of treatment, and their levels at the intermediate stages of treatment at 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Stabilization of the thickness of the articular cartilage in various sections of the femur and tibia after 6 months was established in the range from 64.71% to 88.24%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The conducted study showed that intra-articular administration of MD “PRP autologous” led to a reduction in pain syndrome, improvement in the functional state of the knee joint, anti-inflammatory effect, and stabilization of joint cartilage thickness.
