Цель исследования. Проанализировать данные о роли психосоматических симптомов в развитии расстройств органов и систем органов.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ публикаций в системах PubMed, Web of Science, Elibrary, Elsevier и КиберЛенинка с 2020 по 2025 г., описывающих роль психосоматических расстройств в состоянии пациентов, относящихся к разным отраслям медицины, особенности течения этих состояний, специфику лечебно-диагностического процесса. Были использованы поисковые термины: «психосоматическое расстройство», «функциональные заболевания», «психосоматическая медицина». Всего было отобрано 20 оригинальных статей.

Результаты

Результаты. Изучены актуальные представления о причинах развития и патогенетических механизмах психосоматических расстройств, современные классификации психосоматических расстройств, подходы к лечению психосоматических симптомов.

Заключение

Заключение. Психосоматические расстройства, особенно ассоциированные с имеющимися патологическими процессами, не только утяжеляют течение уже имеющихся заболеваний, но и увеличивают риск развития новых, создавая сложный гетероморфный фон для клинициста. Диагностика, лечение и профилактика данных расстройств часто требует мультидисциплинарного подхода к ведению пациента с привлечением специалистов разных отраслей медицины, в том числе владеющих знаниями базовых правил функционирования психики и навыками оценки индивидуальных социальных, культурных аспектов каждого пациента как личности.

Objective

Objective. To analyze data on the role of psychosomatic symptoms in development of disorders of organs and organ systems.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. The analysis of publications in PubMed, Web of Science, Elibrary, Elsevier and CyberLeninka systems from 2020 to 2025 describing the role of psychosomatic disorders in various fields of medicine, course features of such conditions, specifics of the therapeutic and diagnostic process was conducted. Search terms “psychosomatic disorder”, “functional diseases”, “psychosomatic medicine” were used. A total of 20 original articles were selected.

Results

Results. The current concepts of development reasons and pathogenetic mechanisms of psychosomatic disorders, modern classifications of psychosomatic disorders, and approaches to the treatment of psychosomatic symptoms have been studied.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Psychosomatic disorders, especially associated with existing pathological processes, not only aggravate the course of existing diseases, but also increase the risk of developing new ones, creating a complex heteromorphic background for a clinician. Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of these disorders often requires a multidisciplinary approach to a patient management involving specialists of various fields of medicine, including those with knowledge of basic rules of mental functioning and skills to assess the individual social and cultural aspects of each patient as an individual.
