Проанализировать клинико-лабораторную и рентгенологическую характеристику радиационно-индуцированных остеонекрозов челюстей у пациентов со злокачественными новообразованиями (ЗНО) челюстно-лицевой области.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ историй болезни 26 онкологических пациентов с остеонекрозами челюстей, проходивших стационарное лечение в период с 2019 по 2024 г. В качестве дополнительных методов диагностики пациентов с остеорадионекрозами (ОРН) использовали конусно-лучевую компьютерную томографию (КЛКТ) и микробиологическое исследование. Чувствительность к антибактериальным препаратам проводили диско-диффузионным методом. Описан один из клинических случаев.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Большинство пациентов с радиационно-индуцированным остеонекрозом были мужчины (95,5 %, n = 21, p &lt; 0,05). 85,7 % (n = 18), которые отметили, что длительно курят. Проведение КЛКТ позволяет установить локализацию патологического процесса, определить степень распространенности, наличие сопутствующих осложнений. В ходе микробиологического исследования установлено, что выделенные от пациентов с ОРН микрорганизмы обладали резистентностью к ряду антибактериальных препаратов, применяемых для эмпирической терапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Наличие вредных привычек у пациентов с ЗНО челюстно-лицевой области, таких как курение, повышает вероятность развития остеонекроза. Использование в клинической практике дополнительных методов исследования, таких как КЛКТ, анализ микробного профиля и определение чувствительности выделенных у пациентов микроорганизмов к антибактериальным препаратам, является необходимым этапом для лечения пациентов с остеонекрозом. Хроническое течение, развивающиеся осложнения, низкое качество жизни обуславливают необходимость поиска новых методов и средств для этиопатогенетического лечения пациентов с радиационно-индуцированным остеонекрозом челюстей.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze clinical laboratory and X-ray characteristics of radiation-induced osteonecrosis of jaws in patients with malignant tumors of the maxillofacial area.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study of medical histories of 26 cancer patients with osteonecrosis of jaws underwent hospital treatment between 2019 and 2024 was carried out. CBCT tomography and microbiological studies were used as additional diagnostic methods used for patients with osteonecrosis of jaws. Sensitivity to antibacterial drugs was conducted by disc diffusion method. One of clinical cases was described.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Most patients with radiation-induced osteonecrosis were male (95.5%, n=21, p&lt;0.05). 85.7% (n=18) of them reported long-term smoking. Conducting CBCT allows to accurately establish localization of the pathological process, to determine extent of prevalence, and presence of associated complications. In the course of a microbiological study, it was found that microorganisms from patients with osteonecrosis had resistance to a number of antibacterial drugs used for empirical therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The presence of harmful habits, such as smoking, in patients with malignant tumors of the maxillofacial area, increases the likelihood of developing radiation-induced osteonecrosis. The use of additional study methods in clinical practice such as CBCT, microbial profile analysis and determination of sensitivity of the microorganisms present in patients to antibacterial drugs are necessary steps for treatment of patients with osteonecrosis.
